1. Reporting lost, stolen or damaged cards

Open your Rizq app:

  • Tap Cards Section
  • Tap Freeze card to block it
  • Tap Report lost or stolen
  • Choose if the card is lost or stolen, or if you just want to close the card
  • Report it

2. Lost your phone or Rizq Card?

If you’ve lost your phone and your Rizq card and you cannot access Rizq app, you will have to get in touch with us ASAP via the website or via our Rizq Web app.

  • Go to client.getrizq.co
  • Tap on the chat in lower right hand corner
  • Explain your situation to us and we will be able to help you after we verify your identity

3. Reporting Fraud

If you think you’ve been the victim of fraud, please take the following steps:

Freeze your card

This will stop anyone from using your card while we start investigating.

Open your Rizq app:

  • Tap Cards Section
  • Tap Freeze card to block it
