Finding your personal details, Changing your Profile Picture and Passcode, & more!
1. Where can I find my personal details?
Open your Rizq app:
- Tap Menu Section
- Tap Personal details
- You can view your Name, Date of Birth, Legal Address
2. I have moved, how do I change my address?
Open your Rizq app:
- Tap Menu Section
- Tap Personal details
- Tap on the blue pencil next to Legal address
- Add your new home address
- Tap Save and you are done
3. How do I add a profile picture?
Open your Rizq app:
- Tap Menu Section
- Tap Personal details
- Tap on the + button above your name
- Tap Take a photo
- Allow Rizq to access your Camera
- Take a Photo and Crop it
- Tap Use Photo
You can also upload one from your Photo Gallery! You can do this by:
- Tapping on the + button above your name
- Tapping Use Photo Gallery
- Allowing Rizq to access your Photo Gallery
- Choosing a Photo you like, and you are done!
4. How do I edit my phone/email address?
If you ever need to change your email address or phone number, you can do it in your Rizq app.
To change your Phone number:
- Tap on Menu
- Tap on Contact information
- Tap on + button in top-right corner
- Select Phone number
- Add your new phone number
- Verify your new phone number by entering the7-digit code you’ll receive
- Once added, tap on the Pencil button in top-right corner
- Select on the phone number you want to make Default, and you are done.
To delete your Phone number:
- Tap on the Pencil button
- Slide to the left the number you want to delete
- Tap on Delete
- Confirm the deletion by tapping on Delete
To change your Email address:
- Tap on Menu
- Tap on Contact information
- Tap on + button in top-right corner
- Select Email
- Add your new email
- Verify your new email
- Once added, tap on the Pencil button in top-right corner
- Select the email you want to make Default, and you are done.
To delete your Email address:
- Tap on the Pencil button
- Slide to the left the email you want to delete
- Tap on Delete
- Confirm the deletion by tapping on Delete
5. How do I change my passcode?
It is very simple to change your passcode, all you need to do is:
- Tap on Menu
- Tap on Change passcode
- Enter your existing passcode
- Create new passcode
- Confirm passcode and you are all set!
6. How do I turn on/off my Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint?
It is very simple to turn on/off your Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint, all you need to do is:
- Tap on Menu
- Slide the Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint switch to the left to turn off and to the right to turn back on.
7. How do I leave a review?
We appreciate that you want to leave a review! You can do so by:
- Tapping on Menu
- Tapping Rate us on App Store
- Then you will be taken to Rizq App Store
- Scroll down to Ratings & Reviews
- Rate us and leave your review
8. How do I like/follow Rizq on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram?

Tap on Menu, then:
- Tap Like us on Facebook
- You will be taken to Rizq Facebook page
- Tap Follow us on Twitter
- You will be taken to Rizq Twitter page
- Tap Follow us on Instagram
- You will be taken to Rizq Instagram page
9. Where can I find the version of the app?
That’s simple! Tap on Menu, scroll down and tap ‘App version’.
10. Where can I read Rizq's Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy?
If you haven’t read the Terms and Privacy policy during the Registration process, then you can easily do so by:
- Tapping on Menu
- Tapping on Privacy Policy and you will be directed to Rizq’s Privacy Policy page, or;
- Tapping on Terms & Conditions and you will be directed to Rizq’s Terms & Conditions page.
