How to change your password

If you would like to change your password on Web Banking, then please:

2) Click on ‘Settings’ in the navigation bar

3) Clicking ‘Settings’ will take you to this page – click ‘Security’

4) On the right side of your screen in ‘Security’, you’ll see ‘Password’ – click ‘Change’

5) Enter your current password in the pop-up message

Top tip: If your password is saved on your computer, this can be filled in automatically. After clicking on the text box, a pop-up message will appear with your password, select your password and it will be filled in.

6) Enter your new password

7) Re-enter your password and click ‘Change Password’

Note: If you enter you current password incorrectly, an error message will pop up at the bottom of your screen:

& If your new password and the password that you re-entered are not identical, the ‘Change Password’ button will not work

Once you’ve changed your password, a pop-up message will appear at the bottom of your screen:
